Testimonials
"Fantastic book, an honest and very personal account of what it is to walk through a cancer diagnosis and how you deal with that. Andy explores how your faith changes that journey in a very real and personal way.
Such a helpful book for all those struggling themselves with cancer, but also for family and friends. What should I do, what should I say, how should I be around them, how should I feel.
Bad times, good times, the book has it all, it doesn’t shy away from anything.
If in doubt, buy it and read it, how you view life will be changed!"
When I was reading the book I was reminded again of Philippians 1:12 "Now I want you to know, brothers and sisters, that what has happened to me has actually served to advance the gospel." Andy has lived this verse out as he has walked through this trial of cancer, modelling a wonderful raw faith that has encouraged the hearts of many. This is a big hearted and vulnerable book that brought tears to my eyes!
This book gives you a Christ Centered perspective from a person that is walking through life with such joy and hope while at the same time his blood cells are misbehaving.
This is the type of book everyone should read whether or not you or a loved one has battled cancer.
Andy’s transparency and humor are refreshing. Thanks Andy for allow us to take this journey with you.
This is an honest but really encouraging account of Andy’s journey with cancer. It provides an insight into the tension between the realities of tough treatments, disappointments and day to day challenges alongside miraculous answers to prayer and unshakeable faith and the importance of having the support of close friends. If you are dealing with cancer diagnosis yourself or supporting someone then this book is a must.
